MCHRI Seminar Series: Oncogenic Pathways Provide Clue to the Etiology of Neuropsychiatric Conditions

Jun 06, 2023 (Tue) | 12:00 PM -1:00 PM
Red Oak Dining Room, CAM : Palo Alto, CA

Join the MCHRI seminar to learn about how oncogenic pathways, specifically the Ras/MAPK pathway, can impact the development of children's brains. During the seminar, we will explore how germline pathogenic variants in the Ras/MAPK pathway are associated with distinct brain signatures and neuropsychiatric conditions, such as Autism and ADHD. Additionally, we will discuss why taking a "genetic first" approach has become essential in the clinical research of neuropsychiatric conditions.
